• Job applications (/apply.php) — your name, email, phone number, and the resume/CV file you upload.
• Hiring requirements (/submit-requirement.php) — your company name, contact name, email, phone, and details of the role(s) you're hiring for.
• Call back requests (/request-callback.php) — your name, phone number, and optionally your email and company name.
• General enquiries (/contact.php) — your name, optional email, and your message.

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we don't sell or rent your information to third parties.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry, match candidates to relevant roles, follow up on hiring requirements, and call you back when requested. Resumes and candidate details may be shared with our client companies solely for the purpose of evaluating you for a specific role — we do not share candidate data with clients for any other purpose without your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We retain candidate applications and resumes for as long as reasonably useful for future role matching, and other enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How we protect it

Submitted data is stored in our internal systems, accessible only to authorised staff who need it to do their job. Resume files are never publicly accessible on this website — they can only be retrieved by logged-in staff with the relevant permission.

Your rights
